PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION FORMS
NEW ANNOUNCEMENT: Happy New Year!
Maple Springs Preschool will open enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year and 2025 Summer Camp on Monday, February 10th.
Updated registration forms will be available on our website that morning at 8am.
Our program is 9-1 each day. You may choose 3, 4 or 5 days per week. We serve children ages 12mos-Pre-K.

Forms should be printed, filled out, and dropped off at Maple Springs Preschool to the office staff, Monday-Friday, from 9:00am-1:00pm. Please email preschool@maplesprings.org or call (336) 722-6924 if you have any additional questions.
